Ok listen it was good

This was at my highschool, my freshman year.

I saw this repeatedly, almost every night. I actually could've been in the show as abackground character, but I had a different show I was part of, and there were overlapping show dates.

Mostly, I was there to see my friends at the time. One cast was better than the other, namely because I really liked the person that played the lead in that cast-he was a super good dancer and singer, dude was straight up hypnotizing. We're close friends now. I just really liked seeing the small differences from show to show.

Cast members kept getting hurt, including the lead, repeatedly. While practicing stage fighting, one cast member accidentally straight up punched another one. It was a shitshow. It was great. I recorded a bunch of clips from it. My friend gave me his camera so I could take photos of the show on it for him, which I did in excess.

I get really fucking nostalgic over this show, I lose my shit whenever I hear stuff from Newsies now. I hadn't heard any of the songs before I saw it there, so that was my first experience with the show. It was great, I'd do it again if I could.
